1. Scheduling

Appointments are available by reservation only. Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes early.

 

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect your therapist’s time:

• 24-hour cancellation with notice: $25 fee

• Same-day cancellation: Full session price

• No-show: Full session price

Fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time.

• If you are 15 minutes late, the therapist may cancel the session and charge the applicable cancellation fee.

 

4. Professional Boundaries (Non-Sexual Conduct Requirement)

Luminary Replenish provides professional therapeutic massage only.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Sexual comments or jokes

• Exposure or inappropriate touching

• Requests for sexual acts

• Any conduct that violates Wisconsin State Board rules

Violation results in immediate session termination, full charge, and refusal of future services.

 

5. Draping Policy

Professional draping is used at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Genital and breast areas will never be massaged.

 

6. Therapist Rights & Safety

The therapist may end or refuse service if a client is:

• Intoxicated

• Aggressive

• Threatening

• Engaging in inappropriate behavior

• Providing inaccurate or unsafe health information

 

7. Hygiene & Illness

Clients must be clean upon arrival.
Massage may be rescheduled if the client has:

• Fever

• Contagious illness

• Skin infection

• Open wounds

 

8. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash

• Cash App

• Zelle

• Credit/Debit

Payment is due at the end of each session unless prepaid.

 

9. Confidentiality

Client information is confidential except where disclosure is required by law (such as threats of harm or mandatory abuse reporting).

 

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Communicate pressure needs & discomfort

• Provide accurate health information

• Respect all boundaries

• Follow mobile massage requirements when applicable

Cupping Therapy Consent

Cupping may cause temporary:

• Red marks

• Circular discoloration

• Mild soreness

These effects are normal and should fade within several days.

Hot stones are used with protective protocols, but burns are possible if the stones are too warm or if the client is temperature-sensitive.

Mobile services offered by Luminary Replenish include the following requirements:

Client Requirements

Clients must provide:

• A clean, safe, private space for the session

• A clear path for equipment setup

• Adequate heating/cooling

• No smoking in the session area

• No alcohol or drug use during the session

 

Therapist Safety

The therapist reserves the right to leave immediately—and still charge the full session price—if:

• The environment is unsafe

• Individuals present act inappropriately

• Sexual comments or conduct occur

• Illegal activity is present

 

Travel Fees
